Personal training is all about providing you with an individual programme of exercise that is shaped to your specific needs and aims to help you achieve your personal goals.

Whether you are looking to lose/gain weight, run your first race, train for a marathon, or just to improve your fitness, I can help you with motivation, advice and support.

I have experience working with people of all ages and abilities. I have helped clients lose weight, prepare for and recover from knee and hip replacements, advised and guided clients suffering from arthritis and osteoporosis, through safe exercise programs. I have worked with walkers, runners, triathletes and clients who just want to comfortably get through their activities of daily living.

I am based in Guiseley near Leeds and work with clients in central and north Leeds as well as outlying areas such as Otley, Menston and Ilkley. Sessions can be carried out at home, at work or in the local park, at a time to suit you.

Please contact me for your free initial consultation where we will discuss your goals, any medical conditions or injuries which I may need to be aware of, and the times which are convenient for you to train. There is no obligation to commit to any sessions after the consultation.
